God the Almighty Father, Creator of all things, I cry out to You in praise.
Christ Jesus, Savior of Man…
Holy Spirit, Giver of Gifts and Fruits…
I believe in You, Blessed Trinity and give myself to You, Let Thy Will be done.
I submit to Your Dominion and Providence in all things…
I submit to Your shepherds on earth, the pope, bishops, priests and deacons…
I submit to the fullness of Your teachings in the Magisterium of the Church…
For all Your astounding blessings…I thank You my Lord and my God.
For allowing me to be born and to remain alive today…
For granting me the blessing to be always in Your Presence…
For the peace, joy and happiness which You have given me…
For the promise of eternal happiness in Heaven…

Almighty Father, Who gave Your Son to die for me on the Cross, have mercy on me, a sinner.
